Out team is cohesive and responsive. All members genuinely care for support and advancement of each other. During my training everyone was extremely helpful and patient.

the leadership team is invested in the wellbeing of the staff, the growth of the individual professionally and the service of our customers to deliver top shelf service and consultants

Leadership members make themselves accessible to staff to answer questions. They share regular updates with staff via emails, meetings, and /or conference calls, on scheduled calls and for important updates in between.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The authenticity of the people and all interactions are honest - working with a group of smart dynamic people who all enjoy their work- access to senior management and the frequency of open commutations between groups and from senior management
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to be creative, and successful at work and influence the careers and the future of so many people that we hire and also being able to rely on team mates and team managers to assist and support me throughout the process.
