We all care about each other both as teammates and friends. There is not a competitive atmosphere and we are all cheering for each other.

From the leadership to my direct team I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and strive to accomplish my goals. I have had to opportunity to get to know a lot of my team on a personal level and can truly call my coworkers my friends as well-this makes it fun to come to work everyday!
