My team is comprised of all very intelligent, challenge-seeking individuals, and I always have the pleasure of learning something when interacting with them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work for a company that supports me in my effort to break out into a new career in software development, so I'm able to do something I'm passionate about every day when I go to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is built on the foundation of training and placing people in new careers in the IT field. Due to this, the entire culture is very uplifting and supportive throughout the entire process, and coworkers are all in the same unique boat as you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how positive, understanding, and reassuring they all are. It makes it much easier to show up and put my all into my work when I know my leaders care about me as a person in addition to how I'm growing in my personal career.
