I have been working at Goldin for 3.5 months and it is my favorite role thus far in my career. I am working with extremely hardworking people, everyone is excited about what we are building and the leaders of the company are great mentors. It is really awesome being apart of the Goldin team!

The leadership team is very approachable and has an open door policy.

Everyone on my team has a "team" mindset. We tackle hurdles together and help out when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is one of the best plans out there. Additionally, our PTO policy allows us to work hard and also take time off when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and how passionate people are about what we are doing. Our industry is niche and people are extremely loyal and obsessed with what we are building.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture here at Goldin is one where we work hard and play hard. There are many times that we are sprinting to get a project done, but also many times we are cracking open a beer and chatting at a work facilitated event to hang out and get to know each other.
