What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust. I trust that those around me are competent and they trust me in return. There is little to no micro management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our HR team takes great effort in making sure we are aware of our benefits and encourages us to use them. For example, they will bring dentists to the office for checkups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its clear to me that they listen to their employees and work off the feedback they are given. Even if they don't agree with the feedback, they still take time to address it with the why.
