My team brings a great mix of personality, sense of humor, knowledge, and experience. We do a great job of helping to lift one another up and support each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are accelerators and bonuses tied in to my compensation package where I can maximize my compensation and take home the biggest checks of my career. The goals raise the bar but they are realistic to beat.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I'm really making an impact in the lives of my customers and teammates. We provide tools to help organizations communicate and collaborate more effectively and we work hard to walk the walk. We also know how to have fun with in office events and to give back with volunteer days.
