Since the pandemic started, transparency and communication has been awesome
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the freedom and the encouragement to do things other than work, ie, HUb and Misison possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
during the pandemic, everyone worked their tail off, sales wouldn't have been able to do the things they did without the support of engineers, product, marketing, etc and yet, sales & the execs were really the only ones who benefited.
