Working together as a team with everyone of the stylists.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no team working there, everyone treats each other horribly, and the poor management.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is the biggest thing, and not to discriminate or bully another stylist or treat them any different than the next.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They worked with me on dates that I had set to go out of town, and so when I started working they still gave me those days off as a vacation without marking it as just that. Also, it was within the probationary period but they still acknowledged them.
