It has its ups and its downs. I enjoy it for my coworkers, but as far as a place to grow, unless you are at the higher executive levels then this is a dead end place to work.

We work hard and have fun at the same time. No drama.

The ability to have independence in running my current department and being able to have fun with my coworkers.

We create a cohesive and healthy environment through good communication while working hard and having fun at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, we have a fun time by getting along and there is a heightened sense of encouragement heading into projects
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a manager of all the departments at one time or another and continue to make poor wages of $11/hr
