I enjoy working for this awesome company and store but recently my store owner has been a bit threatening towards my job. He has been showing me video of myself working and keeps questioning what I'm doing while I'm working. It makes me feel anxious when he gets like this, I work hard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are all diverse and have family and friends that live and shop at our store. All of us are very acceptimg towards each others and treat each other with the respect.
