gossip less and grow up

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fire the CEO. Focus on the employees. Stop being so cheap, stop charging agents for paper and envelopes that you require them to use. Ffs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Free food to the employees that work a shift which requires breaks. Many of us dont have the spare money to eat
