I love the people I work with, they are like family to me, but there is so much stress and lack of respect/pay
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If the workers would show more respect for the leaders and vice versa I think a lot would change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who get hired now are making the same amount as me who has been working there for 4 years plus they only do cashier or cook work and I do everything at the store.
