It was my first job so I had nothing to compare it to. But my fellow coworkers were great. The only problem was all managers.

Management, because they lack quality and skills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked here for almost 2 years, and have been offered one $.10 raise the entire time. When I asked about said raise after working there for over a year, the general manager said,"You have to remind me about these things"
