Overall, the co workers have been great for the most part, but the management is terrible here in florida, especially the higher up. They are rude and unfair and show no help or compassion to their employees.

Could be better, more clear and direct.

We all work together and help each other when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay for their workers, respect, and better benefits. They also need to hire better people who will actually stay and not leave after 2 weeks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Treatment by management, horrible unlivable wages , I would like better pay and be treated with respect, not like a dog by direct and district management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and pay need to be improved, we can not live on these wages and the management here in Florida have WAY too high expectation for the pay we are getting and show no respect.
