What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying us. We don't get holiday pay. Unless you work a certain amount of hours that week. They don't inform you about anything. Just do it. So unorganized.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay us a fair amount for the hard work we are doing. Give us holiday pay like everybody else. Just give it to us and not have to work over just to get it. Make benefits available to us. You have to work a certain amount of time to get it and we don't get those hours, so we don't qualify for it.

I make $9.00 an hour. The physical demands of my job should make the pay at least $12.00 hourly. The management at my facility all speak the right words to make us feel valued. Words don't last very long when you're struggling to pay for gas to get to work. Or before/after-school childcare.

Upper management and corporate needs to pay more and be realistic about their employees and quite looking out for the almighty dollar
