My team works hell together, how ever there forced to do 3xs more just for so little! they want uniforms the manager should not have to beg for shirts for staff, then you want to talk bad about them and the manager just because there not in uniform!

My employees under me are the best. They housekeep and really do try to go beyond with making sure the residents feel like it is their house and they show compassion for every other worker in their building. They do great as a team! Honestly couldn't ask for a better team of employees I have.

No one want to put effort into a job and place that don't care, we do the dirty work No one wants to do, cut our hours make us work way more harder and faster in less time, you can put your All in, 5, 10 years and you will still be stuck in the same spot,making same pay
My coworkers also need to be able to pay bills and buy what they personally need outside work in order to care about quality at work.
For one coworkers need to learn how to clean better same with management management most management don't even know how to clean your own house. More or less clean
Show up when they need to. Communicate better.
I feel like our work environment is hostile . There was a altercation between two employees recently and the problem wasn't taken care of the same day that it happened . The manager like to run around and start shit between coworkers as well .

They all need to grow up and stop calling out or disappearing. The only 2 that were good worked with me when signature owned the kitchen.
