Healthcare Services Group Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Managers can be supportive, others not so much. This work feels like walking on egg shells. Careful who you trust.

Being understanding, and pushing for you to do better, and achieve what you want

They Listen to recommendations provided

Review from HR Dept

leadership team means a lot especially in working time.

My boss was a good person. Her boss was a bad person. Like evil.

Compassion and understanding when it comes to personal issues

She's amazing in every way. Everything a manager should be.

the area manager has an impossible budget with no outside resolutions

Open communication with everyone feeling empowered to share their ideas.

Every once in a while they will order what we need

I am the account manager

just the account manager was great, the rest of them were a big joke.

Depends what level.l, directly above, just trying to impress those above, above hom, has already impressed those above him....

That i am one of the leadship person that is a mit right now

Supportive when needed for help

I appreciated the communication that was passed down to us to keep us informed of company policies and changes.

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing at all no one cares about the job

Review from HR Dept

Leadeship team are usually upbeat and positive when meeting at the facility level.

Review from Operations Dept

Directing people on job an training

They really listen to us. Several of us front line staff members have submitted ideas that they have implemented in the company culture. They recognize us for a job well done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appreciate managers and floor staff. Quit rewarding new employees and trashing the old

They need to be professional

They need to streamline the onboarding process for everyone. New managers are left alone for too much of the process. Simplify access to programs that are needed to run the business.

Communicate. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Leading by example and particpating in the job functions when there are staff shortages.

They need to expand budget expenses and give employee proper wage increases each year. They definitely need to get better at communication and better training for management. They need working managers and them to be respectful.

Support. through not telling the person looking for support how much they are to blame for needing support. Also, I have asked 5 people for HR's number and have been refused 5 times

Communicate with the staff need to give us more pay and more work

Focusing om the team goals. Being selfless

Leadership. Not sitting in the offices while people who are in training do all the work

support and a backbone !!

Communicate better higher more workers like housekeepers no more managers

Keep their promises of advancement, communicate when you need to terminate someone. I was fired after they stopped servicing the facility I was in and I was not told about it.

Caring for the employees that make there buildings look good

Caring about what the client and employees need.

I don't know about the leadership team . I do know that my manager dosent care , is not helpful has no clue what's going on hides when everything gets hard . Offers no problem solving solutions what so ever we are left on our own to figure it out .

I am not an employee I could not find a place to call or message . I will continue finding somone to tell even if I have to call the police. I have never seen that type of behavior towards an employee she can probably sue.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay more money and good health insurance

For one, listening to employees that know what is going on, be on time, fix issues quicker, stop blaming people for their mistakes that had nothing to do with it. STOP threatening retaliation on employees, talking bad about coworkers to other employees. I could go on with chaos and issues with HCSG

Listening to your employees needs.
