Hire a new management team or make them help at ground level at times
they need to listen to new idea's update procedures change old out dated policies
They need to actually care about the employees and stop lying to make us feel guilty
The admins and facilities treat us like they hate us and dont even want us there

Better pay and maybe bonuses honestly for people that go out of their way and no more managers.
Low morale and under paid and under appreciated staff.
BETTER LEADERSHIP. If our manager is out, our day is problem free. The actual employees of the facility we work at wont even seek our manager out, they find me to problem solve, because she is incompentent.
Order the food and supplies we need to treat the residents the way they deserve
Better management and equal work load
Employees need to be paid better for the work they are completing, compensated for the hours they put in, and rewarded for their hard work. Team members should be interviewed more thoroughly before hired on and should be held to a higher standard of professionalism.
