I am not an employee I could not find a place to call or message . I will continue finding somone to tell even if I have to call the police. I have never seen that type of behavior towards an employee she can probably sue.

Paying employees what they earned because they never pay in full there are always hours missing & when you speak on it managers assure you will be paid but the next paycheck is even shorter & it's not just me getting short paychecks it's every single person that works for them

I've been a part of this team for over 5 years and have never received a salary increase. I guess I got comfortable in my role, with the short commute, and with the staff at the rehab/nursing home.

Manager talks about her crew horribly on social media included. Lied to about covid 19 issues. I quit.

I feel undervalued because of the amount of overtime I put in as an account manager and was not compensated for it. I was paid salary but was expected to be there to cover any shifts or stay late to complete tasks without pay. My dedication and hard work were hardly recognized.

Employees need to be paid better for the work they are completing, compensated for the hours they put in, and rewarded for their hard work. Team members should be interviewed more thoroughly before hired on and should be held to a higher standard of professionalism.

It's been such a long time since I've had to do this, but the staff that get's hired quits shortly after due to them being sold something that is not true. Mostly they quit because, they are assigned more duties than what was said on their interview.

Leadership needs to improve significantly, starting from our supervisors to managers, area managers etc... We need to be valued as people, teammates and dedicated workers to your company. Improve our benefits, provide us with some kind of compensation after working with you for a year.
