I The way the guy in charge in the kitchen yells at the ladies is one of the most Apauling things to watch. And to hear when visiting family. And you may think it is one time inccedent but it happened way to often and could be heard down the hall. I doubt these girls need his abusive actions

I got the information from a nurse at least what the name was to get this far.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am not an employee I could not find a place to call or message . I will continue finding somone to tell even if I have to call the police. I have never seen that type of behavior towards an employee she can probably sue.
