Again its that everyone is given the equal opportunity to express their ideas and have their ideas be heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone smiles and is happy to be here. We all get along and are working for the betterment of the residents.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really listen to us. Several of us front line staff members have submitted ideas that they have implemented in the company culture. They recognize us for a job well done.
