They really listen to us. Several of us front line staff members have submitted ideas that they have implemented in the company culture. They recognize us for a job well done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am not an employee I could not find a place to call or message . I will continue finding somone to tell even if I have to call the police. I have never seen that type of behavior towards an employee she can probably sue.

Paying employees what they earned because they never pay in full there are always hours missing & when you speak on it managers assure you will be paid but the next paycheck is even shorter & it's not just me getting short paychecks it's every single person that works for them

I've been a part of this team for over 5 years and have never received a salary increase. I guess I got comfortable in my role, with the short commute, and with the staff at the rehab/nursing home.

Manager talks about her crew horribly on social media included. Lied to about covid 19 issues. I quit.

I feel undervalued because of the amount of overtime I put in as an account manager and was not compensated for it. I was paid salary but was expected to be there to cover any shifts or stay late to complete tasks without pay. My dedication and hard work were hardly recognized.

Its ghetto and the gossip and favorites are played to leave work to buy tea or drinks for boss and her wife. Couples are allowed to work together.

There is too much drama in this workplace and not enough professionalism. Employees are more concerned about what everyone else is doing rather than doing their jobs. The company's standards for cleanliness and professionalism are rarely upheld.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be paid better for the work they are completing, compensated for the hours they put in, and rewarded for their hard work. Team members should be interviewed more thoroughly before hired on and should be held to a higher standard of professionalism.

I got the information from a nurse at least what the name was to get this far.

It's been such a long time since I've had to do this, but the staff that get's hired quits shortly after due to them being sold something that is not true. Mostly they quit because, they are assigned more duties than what was said on their interview.

The manager is not doing his job and shows favoritism toward certain people.

Leadership needs to improve significantly, starting from our supervisors to managers, area managers etc... We need to be valued as people, teammates and dedicated workers to your company. Improve our benefits, provide us with some kind of compensation after working with you for a year.
