I really enjoy the line of work and the interaction you have with residents. I have met wonderful people through this organization, but have encountered more issues than the positives can make up for. Overworked, underpaid, unprofessional staff will continue to gain this company bad reviews.

I appreciated the communication that was passed down to us to keep us informed of company policies and changes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This workplace tends to be toxic and drama-filled. Facilities are typically lacking staff and their current staff is overworked and not well paid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is too much drama in this workplace and not enough professionalism. Employees are more concerned about what everyone else is doing rather than doing their jobs. The company's standards for cleanliness and professionalism are rarely upheld.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be paid better for the work they are completing, compensated for the hours they put in, and rewarded for their hard work. Team members should be interviewed more thoroughly before hired on and should be held to a higher standard of professionalism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the amount of overtime I put in as an account manager and was not compensated for it. I was paid salary but was expected to be there to cover any shifts or stay late to complete tasks without pay. My dedication and hard work were hardly recognized.
