I love working for this company! There are some politics, but not to the extent that it was at my previous company. I do my best work and feel like this is the place to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the fact that ideas are solicited from all and everyone is working hard to make this a great place to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I particularly the additional days around the 3-day holiday. This gives me a chance to recharge and be ready to go once I return.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very cohesive team and work well together. Everyone pitches in to get the work done, and when someone else needs assist, we all jump in to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that they are open and approachable When I have been at the collaboration weeks, there is a chance to have a direct conversation with the leadership team. They are curious and ask wonderful questions about what would make this organization a great place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I can work from home. This has allowed me to contribute-I do not live anywhere close to any of the "offices" that Healthedge has, and I would not have been a candidate for the job I have had it not been for being able to telecommute.
