Loved the culture of Altruista Health. I do have concerns with HE and GC with overlap of WelFrame. Seems to be more push to improve Other HE systems but not GC. Losing quality GC BA's no one seems to be concerned about that. GC SME's not getting support to update Clinical Demo to showcase new fea

The excellence of GC Clinical Team and our managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct managers Amy Bannister & Sarah Anderson and the GC Clinical Team is the reason I remain here after HE takeover.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure there is a best part, very disappointed that I selecting PPO could not do FSA to help with coverage of Dental care, Delta coverage is crappy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative with the GC team, BA's Clinical SME's and Product Team. I worked on Apex implementation the client demanded collaborate between HRP & GC Team great experience. But speaking with other GC SME's do not have the same experience not even knowing correct HRP resources, HE must do better.
