Overall experience is good. Frontline management in my dept is not good. Communication is very limited and they do not want feedback from team , they would rather issue commands and see them followed. I enjoy my teammates and working with them is the best part of my job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My average raise over 10 years at HE is under 1%. Performance reviews are not meaningful and based solely on managers very limited view of my work. No actual performance measurements in place.
