Overall I am proud to be working at HealthEdge. I believe in what the company is trying to do. There is, however, some toxicity in my particular division that everyone is aware of but no one can or wants to address.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited sick time and generous vacation days.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be visionaries. They are good storytellers. Many of them take action on feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For HE overall I can tell leaders are trying to create a culture that is non-toxic and mature. I can't say the same for the leaders in my particular division
What are some of the best things about your team?
Speaking about those at the individual contributor level, they work really hard to please our customers. They are dedicated to HE even when the environment within the department is not great.
