It was the worst experience. I have a family member that works for Hendrick in a different state and it has completely different expectations and they genuinely care for their employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The long hours are a bit much with the little amount of pay made. There is no time to spend time with your family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The higher up employees at my location and the employees that sell a lot of cars do not care about the success or well being of anyone that is below them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions asked made you feel like they care about your life outside of work and that you are just as important as the managers. They made it seem like all of the benefits made up for the hours.
