Stop treating employees like they don't matter. Don't talk down to them. Try to work together as an actual team, and value the work they do. The GM at our store is a horrible person with no empathy or care for his employees. I'm surprised he hasn't been fired or reprimanded for his behavior.

Practicing what they preach. Talk about servant leadership, teammates, family, putting employees first, etc., but don't practice themselves
