The same pay scale across all the stores.

Commission sales for our group are below industry average.

Because they gave me jobs i was not qualified for without pay. The sent me to repo cars more thatn 2 hours away

The best leads for the most money is given to younger employees

Having my job instead of being laid off for other people's negativity and negligence to human life.

There were two stages. One where a co-worker interviews and then if they feel like they are a good fit and have qualifications, then you get a interview with the manager with the other co-workers around.

The process was very quick.

The interview was very laid back but thorough

The relax environment and the information provided was simple

Oh they made the job sound great! They spoke so highly about how their dealership was a family. And such a strong family. They are very manipulative and then when you start working very toxic.
