What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They give a lucheon every month to highlight people doing above an beyond work.
The support from coworkers. Not management
We all rely on each other and always have each other's back!
It is a place to work.
Comradery is good. We sometimes hire under qualified people
The employees work well together with most trying to be respectful and treat one another like family

Hold everyone accountable for their actions, behaviors and statements. A manager should never call employees out of their name, tell them to kill themselves or anything close to that nature
