Everything and stop treating people like they are stupid

Stop treating employees like they don't matter. Don't talk down to them. Try to work together as an actual team, and value the work they do. The GM at our store is a horrible person with no empathy or care for his employees. I'm surprised he hasn't been fired or reprimanded for his behavior.

I would feel better about everything if they actually trained people

Way too much work for what we're paid to do. Not to mention the mental and emotional abuse you deal with at work from management.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most co-workers are great. Definitely helped each other get through the worst days. Felt like we were able to help each other be better and help each other in a pinch when busy.

Lead by example management for team

Stop allowing the managers to talk to and about employees and customers the way that they do.

Better management. Better pay too. Mostly management was the biggest issue though.

Hold managers accountable for how they treat employees. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen

General manager treats us terribly. He yells, is condescending, has a terrible temper, and sometimes we've felt like he enjoys firing people over silly things. The turnover rate is horrible. The store can never keep people. He's firing faster than they can train.

The higher up employees at my location and the employees that sell a lot of cars do not care about the success or well being of anyone that is below them.
