Stop treating employees like they don't matter. Don't talk down to them. Try to work together as an actual team, and value the work they do. The GM at our store is a horrible person with no empathy or care for his employees. I'm surprised he hasn't been fired or reprimanded for his behavior.

General manager treats us terribly. He yells, is condescending, has a terrible temper, and sometimes we've felt like he enjoys firing people over silly things. The turnover rate is horrible. The store can never keep people. He's firing faster than they can train.

The higher up employees at my location and the employees that sell a lot of cars do not care about the success or well being of anyone that is below them.
