Annual increases to keep pace with the inflation or the GPD.

They seem to only be concerned about their big bonuses and don't care about the struggles with other employees.

Hire younger and reward based on individual performance

I havent gotten any compensation consideration for over 6 years.

Its been quite a ride. I have learned a lot. However, the current upper management in sales needs to plan better and pay sales on time.
