Diversity, inclusion of all employees; existing employees are passed over for positions and hired externally. Additionally, executive direction is not clear with a change in strategy every 3 months.

Better communications with entire staff. Just be honest and not hide behind decisions made due to poor quarterly results.

Be transparent and focus on fostering collaboration at all levels. Above all, take accountability for making sure that the Services and Product investments and strategies are aligned. Also, root out new 'leaders' in Product that solely rely on outside consultants and are unable to execute.
