Employees come first. The company works very hard to be inclusive of everyone! We are a global company and there are many ways that employees can and do interact with each to get to know one another and their cultures better. It's fun and brings the employees together.

Management needs courses on positive reinforcement. The negativity is rampant and needs to stop

I am in the digital sales group. Quotas for the first part of the fiscal year were paid late. This really impacted morale. In addition, some folks in sales did not get final quota until near the middle of the year. This is unacceptable. Upper management needs to plan better.
