Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel I am undervalued in the Global Support Center. (GSC) Though I do feel I/We (GSC) are undervalued and very underpaid. Very good people have left the company only because of pay.

Great flexibility of work schedule

My colleagues. We don't have to just discuss work when we see each other. We can discuss a lot of other topics to take our minds off of work, for a mental break.
