The company has grown 4x in size in my 15 yrs there. The growth is fine but the turn over of employees and executives causes confusion and a loss of efficacy in getting work done. Hopefully things will get back to "normal" in the coming year(s).

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people who do their job well. We support and compliment each other. Everyone is friendly. We feel like a team/family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible work location and schedule. Colleagues can award (financially) other colleagues for work well done. Compensation for WellPerks (gym membership, massages, equipment) and FlexPerks (500 to spend however you'd like). Daily yoga and meditation sessions, etc. Lots of support for employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees come first. The company works very hard to be inclusive of everyone! We are a global company and there are many ways that employees can and do interact with each to get to know one another and their cultures better. It's fun and brings the employees together.
