What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here to help one another out. We all are eager to learn and work together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of our leadership team make themselves available to employees. I can reach out to any of them to ask a question if I need to. There is a very close knit team culture at Hourly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I have a team that supports and is here for me on a daily basis, but I am also independent and work at my own pace. It's definitely the best of both worlds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The growth we are experiencing makes it a very exciting work environment. You can feel the energy. We have lots of opportunities and I think as a team, we are all excited about what we are building.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We had our annual increase and it was retroactive to the beginning of the year. HR found that I hadn't been reimbursed for waiving medical and they corrected it retroactively. I wouldn't have even known so I feel that our team is incredibly honest, fair and of course the 401k match is great.
