What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all easily accessible.
Our leadership is always available and happy to help with anything and happy to hear any new ideas whether it's product or process related to ensure our company is always operating as efficiently as possible.
Great managers, big opportunities, they care about you and your interests
Hourly's leadership team is approachable and transparent, plus they really understand the problem we're solving first hand.
They respect their direct reports, listen to suggestions, and value the feedback.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate what's expected of me, I would like to better understand what metrics I am being evaluated under. It's important for the C-levels to define a clear roadmap and socialize it, otherwise it's difficult to achieve a sense of completion or perceive if I'm professionally growing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are fantastic, unlimited PTO and decent 401K match

The team is very personable and friendly. Everyone is happy to help with anything, whether the help needed is within their wheelhouse or not.

The flexibility of schedules and ability to work from home. Management is very understanding as long as you are getting your work done as expected.

It was fast and there was constant and open communication
The comfortability of the individuals I spoke with
Opportunity to meet with the entire leadership team.
I liked interviewing with a variety of people within the company
expectations were clear, benefits, i had the opportunity to have an interview with the CEO, I could read the story of how the company was created.
