The challenges we have we are always building new features, also the feeling we are improving the client lifes
To know that my job is helping a lot of people to make their lives easier when using the products that I help to develop.
The ability to come into work (from home) and speak with real people and help them with their business' payroll and worker's compensation needs.
To see how far we've come since day one and how quickly things evolve as we grow. It gets better every day.
I like that I have a team that supports and is here for me on a daily basis, but I am also independent and work at my own pace. It's definitely the best of both worlds.
