We are a close knit, hardworking group. We have a great rapport and enjoy working with one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recognition. Seeing work I've done be mentioned on town halls, or group meetings, or on the PMM 60 gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at IAS genuinely care about their role and responsibilities. Everyone has great intentions and truly wants to provide great client service, the best products, and flawless execution.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
quarterly incentives. quarterly incentives serve as a reminder of the hard work and success of the previous quarter. they also serve as a reminder to continue the hard work, so IAS can continue to meet it's company goals and objectives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Town halls and communication. I feel that the leadership team does an excellent job communicating updates in our town hall. Company priorities, recent wins, return to work, organizational successes, wellness initiatives, etc are all things that I feel aware of and involved with.
