I like working for IAS. IAS is the company that gave me the best opportunities to grow in my career. I find that the pandemic and the layoffs left a bitter taste, but time will heal the wounds. And having some social events within the company would help too.

Salary is for sure competitive versus other companies in the industry.

Physically being around colleagues - which is why I hate working from home.

The office spirit is good. We are starting to get to a better place after nearly 2 awful years

The culture is good, although it requires some work after the pandemic. But people are friendly and fun to work around.
