I really enjoy working at IAS. It feels extremely connected. There is a sense of camaraderie and enjoyment at work. While I am surrounded by extremely smart and hard working coworkers, there is a work-life balance that I have not seen before

IAS is a wonderful place to work with some bright and talented individuals. I have learned a lot here and have been given an opportunity to grow along with a voice and opinion on what problems I get to work on

Discussing transforming business problems into technical solutions and then implementing those solutions.

Everyone is collaborative and friendly. We all work together to move forward towards the main goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are given solid work but not at an overwhelming pace. Deadlines are reasonable and there is lots of collaboration

They have solid idea on where to go and what we want from a product standpoint. All while leaving main implementation details to the engineers

They get everyone so involved. I have never seen a company-wide planning session where everything is so transparent and involved. It is a blast working here

The work is interesting and challenging without being overly demanding and exhausting. It is a great blend of people and ideas. Everyone's voice is valid and heard

My team is full of hardworking and kind people. Everyone is eager to help you onboard and ready to help whenever you face any challenges. The mentorship is taken seriously while still remaining friendly and available

The culture is fast paced but not overly so. Everyone does good work but the work-life balance is strictly adhered to. Overworking is not glamorized as I have seen at other places. Everyone acknowledges that we have life outside work
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was not as mean as many other places I have interviewed at. Everyone was pretty nice and the questions were not too ridiculous/specific. I would say the questions were more related to the processes and technology that we use everyday rather than just the usual DSA
