IAS has a people-first mentality, which I think is very clear in the way that the leadership team operates. I feel valued as a person, even if I am not high up in the company.

My team really cares about my well-being. We are there for each other on a personal level, without being overbearing. We all respect each other's boundaries and delegate work in a very respectful way. I feel very valued on my team.
