IAS is a fantastic place to gain experience. The work is more challenging than at other firms, and the employees are very smart and knowledgeable. You can seriously hone your skills by working here, but you would need to move to another firm to obtain the appropriate compensation for that skill.

Senior leadership is very approachable and are more than willing to take constructive criticism
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market rate and promotions often come with little to no raise. Compensation increases involve a lot of red tape.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I consider the people I work with to be some of my friends. Offices are close-knit and there's no shortage of opportunities to get to know your co-workers better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my teammates are very sharp and very friendly. We've built a strong team culture and have established trust between all members. My team is the best part about working at IAS
