Ability to delve into problems, solve them, and see solutions being applied. Collaborating with very smart people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be at least 1 more level up. Considering how much the stock has tanked, RSU's should be increased. My title doesn't reflect what I do.
