I lost my job at Oracle through no fault of my own, and ended up here at IAS. The entire experience has been a blessing in disguise. I am very happy to be working at IAS. And I look forward to finding ways to grow the company internally and externally.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was really grateful to receive my RSUs on top of my salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is only made up of bright, intelligent, and kind people. They all go above and beyond the standard of excellence. I literally have zero complaints about anyone that I work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that everyone at this company is willing to go out of their way to support and help you. It is a really lovely place to work and all the people here work very hard to care for each other and still focus on the product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am incredibly impressed both with the intelligence of the leadership team as well as their welcoming nature. I think they are transparent and seem to genuinely care for the people in this company. I also find the values created by leadership to be very smart, and necessary to success.
