What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliest to collaborate and ask questions. Everyone is nice & open to help. All inclusive and sharing different cultural knowledge for events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is awesome, super supportive and engaging. If there is any questions or need help, I don't have concerns about reaching out to my manager or my team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy to see my team succeed. It helps when there are breakfast & lunch catered and the amazing pantry. The office team always keeping everything well stocked and great selection.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how personable and transparent they are. Open door policy and always greeting everyone no matter what level or their role is. They try to introduce themselves and get to know the individual and ask for feedback whenever they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the industry, the compensation can be more competitive in terms of the base salary. Competitors ranges are higher to attract more. Keeping the flexibility on the work-from-home policy does help as well because returning to office does impact the cost calculation of what salary is required.
