This is an extremely fast paced company but the expectations are realistic as long as you communicate what you can and can't take on. It's also great for those who are autonomous and can deal with ambiguity which not everyone is equipped to handle.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I truly love what I do, really like the people I work with, my manager is the best I've ever had and I can't think of anther company I'd rather be at. Are there challenges, of course. Is it perfect here? No. I've worked at several other companies and I can't say I have ever felt the same before.

Feeling supported and interacting with smart and interesting people

They're accessible and always willing and interested in hearing feedback

I am never micromanaged and I have a seat at the table. I'm treated like an SME and well respected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're encouraged to own your own desk and to be the "master of your domain" and not to ask for permission but rather forgiveness. Having a point of view is respected and valued.

I feel free to do whatever I need to - I can build what I need, I am supported when I want to change something and I feel empowered to make decisions without asking my manager first
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that every employee is eligible for both merit and annual RSU grants in addition to a form of bonus is HUGE. I've worked for companies in the past who don't do any of it. We truly pay for performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire good people. They're respectful, they're not jerks and they're empathetic. I think for the most part everyone is here because they truly enjoy what they do and want to make an authentic impact. Last, most of them have a sense of humor too which is so critical at work.
